All our room rates are all inclusive. That means one price includes all your bills (Gas, Electricity, Water), Broadband internet, Weekly cleaner of the communal areas, Regular Gardener maintenance, supply of consumables (toilet paper, hand soaps, detergents), Furnished rooms (Bed, Study Desk, Desk Chair, Lamp), and Ducted Heating.
All of our houses provide a fully functional shared kitchens, bathrooms and laundry facilities.
Each resident is qualified through a careful selection process to ensure they are the best fit in the house. This ensures that your shared accommodation is the kind of place you feel happy to come home to.
All of our houses are fully registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria, Local Council, Insured and and comply with all fire safety essential measures to ensure our houses are safe for all residents.

"I have lived in this house for over 1 year and have enjoyed my time. It is a big space with several rooms and a beautiful garden. Although it is a big house, my room was intimate and I felt like I had my own private retreat (which is important to me).
The landlord, Kim and Jason, was always attentive to my requests and the other housemates were of good character and made the time fun even during COVID-19."
